The following buildings are Condo Associations allowing owners to have pets. These are located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach directly across from Fort Myers Beach Golf Club on Boating Canals and the Estero Bayfront. If you have multiply pets there are specific buildings that will let owners have 2 to 3 pets. Some have rules restricting size and breed other have no rules therefore owners could have a reasonable number of pets. Breeds may be restricted if you have a mortgage or condo board acceptance. Currently Estero Beach and Tennis Club at 7300 to 7360 Estero Blvd is the only building allowing renters to have dogs. They are all one bedrooms. This may change in the future. I will advise when I know.
